Steel and Glass scoring checks

Separate held-card xMult from scored-card xMult before using the worksheet.

Guide highlights

Core idea Steel and Glass both multiply score, but they trigger in different places. Steel matters while held in hand; Glass matters when the card scores. Checklist Count only Steel cards that remain in hand at scoring time. Count only Glass cards that are actually scored. Keep Red Seal retriggers outside the fixed worksheet until fixture backed retrigger support exists. Use the enhancement entries for exact effects, then enter confirmed trigger counts manually.
