Séance

Learn when Seance creates a random Spectral card, which hands qualify as a Straight Flush, and whether the difficult trigger is worth a Joker slot.

Verdict: Keep Séance only when the deck can form Straight Flushes repeatedly; a rare theoretical trigger is usually not enough to justify the slot.

What triggers Seance

  • The played hand must be evaluated as a Straight Flush for Séance to create a Spectral card.
  • Royal Flush is a Straight Flush with Ten through Ace and therefore satisfies the trigger.
  • A normal Straight or a normal Flush does not satisfy the condition by itself.

Building around the trigger

  • Suit concentration and rank continuity improve the chance that one hand satisfies both parts of a Straight Flush.
  • Four Fingers or Shortcut can change how the run assembles Straight Flushes, but each still costs a Joker slot.
  • Judge the random Spectral reward against the consistency sacrificed to maintain the trigger package.
