How the decay works

The hand-size bonus starts at +5 when Turtle Bean is acquired.
After each completed round, the bonus falls by one, so its future value is predictable.
The benefit is extra cards seen at once; Turtle Bean does not directly add Chips or Mult.

When to keep or sell

Larger hands help builds that need specific ranks, suits, held cards, or difficult poker hands.
The slot becomes harder to justify as the bonus decays and the run needs more direct scoring.
Treat the remaining bonus as the current effect; do not evaluate it as if the original +5 still exists.
